我因旅途勞頓，所以選擇了市中心位置且有前台服務的酒店，這些酒店都附合。我在訂房網站上一次性預訂了兩晚，但是酒店給予的訂單卻是兩個，是不同的房間且不同的價格的訂單，並且必須分別辦理入住。這就造成我入住一晚後就要打包行李去退房，然後寄存行李，再等14點後到前台申請另一房間的門卡。我想，無論酒店出於什麼原因，即然承諾了對客人兩夜的服務，就不應該把麻煩留給客人吧（宜必思酒店也有過這樣的情況，兩個訂單，不同的價格。但是宜必思沒有讓我更換房間）。還有，酒店樓下是露天酒吧，客人半夜前不可能得到休息。這一切都不是客人想要的。

War schön zentral nicht überfüllt.. Restaurant nebenan sehr empfehlenswert verschiedene Gerichte man bekommt sogar Rabatt wenn man Gast ist im Hotel. Frühstück klein kompakt aber vielfältig. Preisleistungsverhältniss ist in Ordnung gewesen.

一共入住了12個晚上，要求給個窗戶朝南的房間一直不給，即使房間空著都不給，太不友好了。 打掃衞生的年紀大的很認真，年紀輕的很差，一不及時，二少放物品。投訴沒用。 早餐很好，雖然品種每天不變，但很豐盛和很有克里特的特色。

The hotel is pretty clean and modern. We found the beds to be very comfy and the hotel's location was pretty convenient near the old town and port areas. The rooms are well appointed with a couple of chairs, a work area, a coffee/tea station, big TV and a large bathroom. There were enough plugs around the room and many switches with light settings to get it just right. We appreciated the balcony and the view outside but there were some cars that drove by with very loud music each night. The only significant complaint we had was that the bathroom shower leaked very easily in our rooms and got the floor wet near the toilet. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good with a variety of Crete foods like cheese and pastries. There was fresh scrambled eggs and a very good sausage available as well. The breakfast also had a large variety of preserved fruits that paired well with the Greek yoghurt and included oranges, cherries, grapes and figs. We appreciated that the hotel had inexpensive parking nearby at Central Parking which was 7 Euros per day with unlimited in/out privileges as long as we got a stamp when we got in. The hotel also had a restaurant that offered room service and there was a popular cafe just across the street. This hotel was a good base for exploring Crete with a convenient location near the airport and the price was very fair for us.

很難得在歐洲能有性價比這麼高的酒店，在市中心，離哪裡都很近。房間空間大，裝修比較新，居然房間裡還有pad可以用，開心的追了下劇。每個服務員的態度都超級好。早餐也不錯，每天都會有一點變化，在樓下餐廳吃飯還有折扣。很滿意 唯一的缺點就是樓下晚上有一點吵

酒店在老城比較中心的位置，離威尼斯廣場和教堂很近，吃飯逛街去海邊都方便；從伊拉克利翁機場打車15分鐘左右，出租車一口價15歐元；租車的話可以在central parking停車，每晚7歐，有24小時代客泊車的小哥；酒店比較新，房間在歐洲也屬於比較大的，衞生間三分離設計，最好自己帶拖鞋和洗漱用品，沒有牙膏牙刷，毛巾較差且兩個人衹給了一套；有燒水壺；樓下酒吧比較吵。
